We are now seeking an exceptional Butler to work within our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences for our suites.
Our Butler will provide 'contemporary butler' offering to all suite guests and coordinate the provision and service of suites.
As a Butler , you will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests need, creating an incredible experience.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
- Delight our guests with a highly personalised, intuitive level of service.
- Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.
