The BoTree Wellness Club is a social wellness private members club, blending advanced longevity technology, preventative health and meaningful connection within a luxury hotel setting.
We are seeking a Longevity Technology Specialist to join our pre-opening team. This is a hands‑on, technically accountable role responsible for the safe operation, optimisation and integration of advanced wellness and biohacking technologies within a premium private members environment.
The Role
You will oversee the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and technical optimisation of the club’s advanced wellness technologies, ensuring every interaction reflects both clinical precision and luxury service standards.
Key responsibilities include
- Operating and maintaining advanced longevity and biohacking equipment including:
- Cryotherapy chambers
- Red Light Therapy systems
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
- Infrared saunas
- Wearable biometric and biofeedback technology
- Conducting routine inspections, calibration, preventative maintenance and safety checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues efficiently and liaising with suppliers and service partners when required.
- Supporting member onboarding through safe demonstrations, clear protocol explanation and best practice guidance.
- Collaborating with Wellness and Performance teams to integrate technology into personalised longevity programmes.
- Maintaining detailed usage logs, maintenance records and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health, hygiene, infection control and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring emerging trends in longevity, health technology and biohacking innovation, contributing insight to future equipment and protocol development.
- Maintaining a visible presence within wellness spaces, supporting members with professionalism, discretion and confidence.
- Operating autonomously within a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment while contributing to operational SOP development.
About You
You are technically confident, detail driven and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for longevity science, preventative health and human optimisation.
We are looking for
- Experience as a technician within wellness, medical device, biomedical or health technology environments.
- Hands‑on experience with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, PEMF or similar advanced wellness equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols, infection control and compliance standards within a clinical or wellness setting.
- Ability to clearly explain technical processes to non‑technical members and staff.
- Certification or coursework in biomedical technology, sports science, fitness technology or related field highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of physiology, biometrics and health optimisation principles.
- Experience within a luxury private members club, premium fitness club or high‑end wellness environment advantageous.
- Flexibility to support pre‑opening activity, including evenings and weekends where required.
