Commis Chef to help launch this unique dining destination, delivering fresh, beautifully presented dishes that celebrate wellbeing, seasonal ingredients and exceptional quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new concept from day one, working alongside experienced chefs in a luxury hospitality environment while developing your culinary career.

Your Role

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes under the guidance of the senior kitchen team.
  • Learn and develop across different sections of the kitchen.
  • Support the delivery of a seasonal, wellbeing-focused menu.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and minimising waste.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef, ideally within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or members' club.
  • A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food.
  • Eager to learn, develop and progress your culinary career.
  • Positive, reliable and an excellent team player.
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
