The BoTree Wellness Club is a private members’ club blending wellness, culture and social connection. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Waiter to support the delivery of an elevated, mindful and memorable food and beverage experience. As Head Waiter, you will play a key role in leading service on the floor, supporting the team and ensuring our members and guests receive warm, polished and personalised hospitality.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service
- Lead by example, creating a warm and engaging dining experience
- Support, coach and guide the team during service
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and leadership teams to ensure a smooth service
- Anticipate member and guest needs, resolving queries professionally and confidently
- Help create a calm, welcoming and wellbeing-led environment
About You
You will have previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, members’ club or luxury hospitality environment, with the confidence to support others and take ownership during service. You will be:
- Experienced in hospitality and restaurant service
- Confident leading a small team or section
- Friendly, attentive and service-driven
- A strong communicator with a calm and professional approach
- Passionate about guest experience, wellbeing and luxury hospitality
- Organised, hands-on and able to maintain standards during busy service periods
