The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager MICE, to join our Sales Team and play a key role in growing The Bo Tree's meeting, incentives, conference and events business.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will proactively develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and represent The Bo Tree within London's luxury meeting and events markets.
Working closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operational teams, you will help maximise commercial performance while ensuring every client journey is delivered with professionalism, attention to details and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Proactively developing new MICE business whilst strengthening existing corporate, agency and key client relationships.
- Representing The Bo Tree through client meetings, networking events, site inspections, trade shows and industry exhibitions.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Operational teams to maximise revenue, occupancy and commercial performance.
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process through to exceptional operational delivery.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities, identifying opportunities to support continued commercial growth.
About You
You are passionate about luxury hospitality and naturally build strong long-lasting client relationships.
Commercially focused and highly motivated, you enjoy identifying opportunities, exceeding expectations and delivering results.
We're looking for someone with
- Proven experience within a proactive hotel sales role with responsibility for meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE).
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent The Bo Tree with clients, agencies and industry partners.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, building effective working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Operational teams.
- Experience within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment, and knowledge of hotel revenue management and commercial market segmentation, would be an advantage.
