We are now seeking an exceptional Heart of House Host to work within our talented team in delivering great team experiences. The role is part-time: 5 shifts per week, 3:30 pm–7:30 pm (4-hour shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Team Hub is fully stocked and prepared for all meal periods by replenishing food, beverages, and service items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment in the Team Hub at all times.
- Ensure accurate allergen, dietary and menu information is displayed.
- Perform regular daily cleaning and checks of all equipment including coffee and drinks machines.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and request reorders when required.
- Display and rotate stock efficiently to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming service, contributing positively to the overall team experience.
- Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling practices.
- Respond to any team member requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
