We are looking for a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. This role plays an important part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms are refreshed, prepared and presented to the highest standards each evening, providing comfort and attention to detail that reflects our commitment to conscious luxury. This role is 25 hours per week, working 5 days a week, 5 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver turndown service to guest rooms in accordance with hotel and brand standards
- Refresh guest bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Replenish guest amenities, towels and supplies as required
- Prepare beds and sleeping areas to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping requirements
- Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property in accordance with hotel procedures
- Maintain housekeeping pantries and service areas in a clean and organised condition.
