We are now seeking an exceptional Shift Engineer to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled engineering standards and guest experiences. As a Shift Engineer, you are part of the engineering team and collaborate across departments to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Part of the engineering team, ensuring smooth daily operations and safety compliance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and effective technical support.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in shift engineering roles within luxury hotels.
- Effective knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, and related maintenance.
- Specific knowledge of our in-house systems – KnowCross and Alert65.
- A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
