We are now seeking an exceptional Engineering Supervisor to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled engineering standards and guest experiences. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will work with the engineering team, external contractors, and collaborate across departments to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the engineering team, ensuring smooth daily operations and safety compliance.
  • Assist the Director of Engineering with maintenance projects, activities, and external engineering contracts.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and effective technical support.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence.
  • Support team training and development to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure documentation relating to all systems and Health.
