We are now seeking an exceptional Engineering Supervisor to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled engineering standards and guest experiences. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will work with the engineering team, external contractors, and collaborate across departments to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the engineering team, ensuring smooth daily operations and safety compliance.
- Assist the Director of Engineering with maintenance projects, activities, and external engineering contracts.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and effective technical support.
- Champion sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence.
- Support team training and development to maintain high standards.
- Ensure documentation relating to all systems and Health & Safety are in place and compliant.
- Minimum 1–2 years previous experience in a similar level role within luxury hotels.
- Effective knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, and related maintenance.
- Specific knowledge of our in-house systems – KnowCross and Alert65.
- Proven team management, engineering and communication skills.
- A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
