We are now seeking an exceptional Luggage Porter to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As a Luggage Porter, you are part of the concierge team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
- Part of the concierge team, ensuring smooth daily operations and pro‑active guest assistance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.
- Assisting with guest luggage requests and requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy‑saving projects.

What We’re Looking For in our Luggage Porter:
- Experience in luggage porter roles within luxury hotels.
- Effective knowledge of luggage procedures and guest request fulfilment.
- A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Full‑time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
