A Head Bartender is responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service and guest experience within the venue, including bar, dining and events space. A Head Bartender uses their extensive product knowledge to create a personalised experience for every guest. The role combines leadership, organisation, customer service, and bar knowledge.
