What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service behind the bar.
Your role will include:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Creating a warm, welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Building genuine rapport and delivering memorable experiences
- Sharing knowledge of drinks, cocktails and promotions with confidence
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
- Working efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency
- Supporting stock management and daily bar operations
- Following licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.
You'll ideally have experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or within a customer-facing hospitality role. However, attitude, personality and a genuine passion for looking after guests are just as important as experience.
