You’ll shape case execution, nurture senior client relationships, and help expand BCG’s footprint across UK markets. You’ll mentor teams while delivering strategic impact through regulatory and risk transformations. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead case execution for UK, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium clients /li li Shape and expand the Risk Compliance footprint in the region /li li Originate and nurture senior client relationships in financial institutions /li li Advise on risk strategy, regulatory transformation, and non-financial risks /li li Contribute to global/regional content development and IP creation /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges /li li Mentor and develop consultants and associates /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in risk and compliance /li li Extensive expertise in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance) /li li Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights /li li Proficiency in applying AI tools to project delivery /li li Active contributor to industry through thought leadership, publications, or forums /li li Excellent academic record; fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous /li li Flexible, curious, creative mindset; able to challenge status quo and propose innovative ideas /li li Willingness to travel as required /li /ul ul li flexible /li li curious /li li creative /li li risk and compliance expertise /li li regulatory transformation /li li data interpretation /li /ul
