What You'll Do

  • As a TA Manager/Recruiting Business Partner within BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for a defined set of global business and functional stakeholders.
  • You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating global workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies while delivering a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.
  • In this role, you will balance hands-on recruiting delivery with talent strategy planning, cross-functional collaboration and mentorship.
  • You will operate with a global mindset, partner across Talent Acquisition specialties, and use data and insight to continuously improve hiring outcomes across your business area.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global functions, from intake through offer and close.
  • Partner with senior functional leaders to understand global hiring priorities and workforce plans.
  • Develop and maintain regular touchpoints with senior leaders within supported functions.
  • Advise stakeholders on market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs.
  • Build and sustain diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing approaches.
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition functions, including TA Operations, TA Branding, and TA Sourcing, to shape and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Mentor and support recruiters who are new to recruiting within your specialized business area.
  • Conduct aging requisition reviews with TA teammates and drive appropriate action plans to address recruiting challenges.
  • Analyze recruiting data and share meaningful insights with relevant audiences to inform decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of global TA processes and ways of working.
  • Uphold excellent service level to multi-dimensions of stakeholders including hiring teams, candidates, and HR colleagues.

What You'll Bring

  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a global or matrixed environment preferred.
  • Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy and delivery.
  • Strong judgement in assessing talent and advising on hiring decisions.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters.
  • Comfort working with recruiting data, systems, and digital tools.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and positive candidate experiences.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with leaders in the functions you support, such as Finance, Vantage, or IT, acting as their primary recruiting partner. You will collaborate daily with colleagues across the Global Talent Acquisition team, as well as HR Strategy and HR Delivery partners including Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, Immigration, Global Compensation, Mobility, and HR Operations. This role operates within a highly collaborative, global environment.
