Overview
In this role you help deliver client value as part of BCG Vantage in the People & Organization practice.
You will contribute analysis, insights, and intellectual assets to cases, proposals, and client workshops, while traveling onsite to understand requirements and shape solutions.
You’ll develop IP assets and help onboard junior colleagues, supporting business development and knowledge codification.
The role blends cross-functional collaboration with hands-on problem solving to drive transformative impact for clients.
