In this role you will lead BCG's Operational Innovations portfolio, guiding AI-enabled transformation at global scale. You will partner with firm leaders to shape strategy, deliver high-impact programs, and embed AI-driven ways of working. You’ll build cross-functional teams, manage complex change, and develop the next generation of OI talent in a collaborative, AI-forward culture. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact transformation projects from scoping to deployment and stabilization
- Lead AI and tech-enabled change, shaping approach and ensuring adoption
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies with rigor and communicate to senior stakeholders
- Build cross-functional teams (OI, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) and lead them to measurable outcomes
- Partner with functions and business leaders to define and prioritize the change agenda and translate it into a roadmap
- Track progress, surface risks early, adapt plans while maintaining momentum
- Define success metrics and hold teams accountable for delivering value
- Embed AI and digital tools into team workflows and share learnings across the firm
- Grow and develop the OI team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and high performance
- Staffing, career development, recruiting, training, and affiliation within the OI leadership team
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations
- Deep capability in change management and project management from strategy to implementation
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Global or international experience and comfort leading across time zones and cultures
- Genuine interest in AI tools and their potential
- Advanced degree or PM credentials a plus (preferred)
- Professional services background with BC or equivalent is a plus
