Overview
In this role you drive HCPA's global marketing and thought leadership to strengthen BCG’s health care advisory position. You’ll lead content, campaigns, and events, while evolving client relationship programs and the external visibility of HCPA experts. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with global teams to translate priorities into measurable marketing impact. You’ll contribute to a data‑driven, AI‑enabled approach to marketing in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-quality content and thought leadership and amplify it through integrated campaigns
- Develop strategic events to create client engagement opportunities
- Evolve client relationship programmes for targeted, personal engagement
- Collaborate with experts to raise external visibility and strengthen HCPA market position
- Plan and manage HCPA marketing activity including measurement, budgets, resourcing, and exploring AI opportunities to improve efficiency
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from brief to measurement
- Shape priorities and deliver campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with M&C and other practices to bring relevant expertise to client engagement
- Strengthen experts’ external profiles and identify speaking opportunities
- Oversee communications plans for priority publications across channels
- Provide briefing materials for external engagements
- Support marketing planning, budgeting, timelines, and AI enablement
- Identify white space in the market and inform positioning
- Maintain publishing governance aligned with BCG standards
- Ensure engagement with priority clients and audiences over time
- Connect profiling activities with wider campaigns and market priorities
- Monitor and adapt activities to improve impact and efficiency
Key requirements
- 5–8 years in marketing, communications, campaigns, strategic marketing, or publishing
- Experience delivering integrated marketing/go-to-market programs
- Working knowledge of earned, owned, and paid channels
- Strong ability to turn complex topics into clear narratives
- B2B, consulting, professional services, or health care experience desirable
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and hands-on execution
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and proactive issue flagging
- Excellent written communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Genuine interest in AI and its marketing impact; hands-on experience helpful
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with martech/analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, Power BI, Tableau, Sprinklr, Signal AI) helpful but not essential
- Interest in Health Care and willingness to learn HCPA sectors
