Overview
In this role you will strengthen BCG’s Global Risk & Compliance network by translating priorities into coordinated actions across regions and practices. You will enable senior leaders to stay informed, aligned, and engaged while driving risk-aware decision-making. Expect to manage global forums, craft communications, and oversee governance that supports accountability and impact. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts directly influence the firm’s risk posture and leadership culture. Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day management and evolution of the Global R&C MD Network across regions and practice areas
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global forums, leadership meetings, and training, including agenda, logistics, and follow-up
- Develop and deliver communications and materials to support engagement and awareness
- Coordinate rollout of global Risk & Compliance priorities with clear messages, expectations, and actions
- Monitor engagement, track actions and outcomes, surface insights to drive accountability and impact across the network
- Support delivery of key Compliance initiatives and strategic projects, coordinating workstreams
- Prepare materials for senior stakeholders and translate complex topics into actionable messages
- Maintain governance, track decisions, actions, and outcomes for visibility and follow-through
- Assist with management of compliance queries on risk matters (e.g., conflicts of interest, third parties, ABC)
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years in programme coordination, operations, or risk/compliance in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects, ideally with global/cross-functional exposure
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and contributing to leadership forums
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint, Trello, Tableau/Power BI is a plus
- Exposure to risk, compliance, or governance topics is beneficial but not essential
- Experience with internal systems, intranets, distribution lists, or shared platforms
- Professionalism, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive information
