MyBenefits is BCG’s global benefits program, delivered through a global benefits technology platform across 48 countries. As the Global Benefits Manager - MyBenefits, you will manage the day-to-day operations that keep the platform running effectively and reliably for BCG employees around the world.

You will be BCG’s primary operational contact with our platform provider, Benifex, and will partner closely with BCG’s Product team, HR, local Benefits teams, Payroll, Tax, and other colleagues. You will manage platform enhancements, operational improvements, and change requests and hold end-to-end responsibility for the successful technology implementation of Benefits Renewals across relevant markets. This includes leading BCG’s largest annual benefits renewal project in the UK, running from July through the January payroll cycle.

Reporting to the Global Benefits Senior Manager - MyBenefits, you will build deep platform and provider expertise and help strengthen resilient, scalable ways of working across the program.

You will:

  • Manage day-to-day MyBenefits platform operations across markets, coordinating with Benifex and BCG’s Product team to maintain reliable service and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Lead the technology platform design and implementation of Benefits Renewals end to end across relevant markets to ensure successful delivery of renewals including managing scope, timelines, change requests, platform builds, data accuracy, and coordination with local teams.
  • Lead the technology platform design and implementation for the annual UK Benefits Renewal as BCG’s largest annual benefits renewal project, from July kick-off through delivery in the January payroll cycle, partnering with the UK Benefits team, Payroll, Benifex, and Product team.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, governance, and tracking of platform change requests, escalating material risks or decisions to the appropriate senior leaders.
  • Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, implementations, and modular upgrades with Benifex, Product team, HR, Workday, and local teams, providing clear analysis to support go-live decisions.
  • Monitor platform performance and provider service levels, using operational data and user feedback to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Partner with local HR and Benefits teams to understand requirements, apply universal design principles, and translate appropriate needs into platform and process improvements.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll processes where required, investigating data or provider-reporting discrepancies and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in global benefits operations or another global HR Center of Excellence function.
  • Strong benefits knowledge, with an understanding of benefits operations, processes, and market considerations.
  • Hands-on experience administering HR technology platforms and managing operational processes and changes.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and drive practical solutions.
  • Experience working across global teams and confidently managing relationships with external providers and internal partners.
  • Experience with provider management, Workday, payroll, data processes, or system integrations is highly desirable.

You will be part of BCG’s Global Benefits team, reporting to the Global Benefits Senior Manager - MyBenefits and working closely with the Global Benefits Senior Specialist - MyBenefits. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Product team, local Benefits and HR teams, Payroll, Tax, and Workday teams to support MyBenefits across BCG’s global markets.

You will also build a strong day-to-day working relationship with Benifex, our benefits technology provider, bringing together the right internal and external teams to support effective platform operations, renewals, and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with an expectation of spending approximately 50% of working time in the office.
