Overview
In this role you will support the London Experienced Hiring team to attract and hire industry senior associates and consultants. You’ll coordinate interview campaigns, screen candidates, and manage logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience. You’ll handle data consistency across ATS/CRM and assist with offers, events, and process improvements leveraging AI and data. You’ll work closely with recruiting stakeholders and Nexus to sustain high-quality hiring. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role in a global, people-focused firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview campaigns and schedules with candidates, interviewers, and Nexus scheduling
- Support Teach First summer internship attraction, screening, interviews, events and offers
- Screen applications and track progress using Excel, ATS, and CRM systems
- Coordinate interview-day logistics, feedback requests, debriefs, and candidate communications
- Deliver post-interview feedback in a clear and constructive manner
- Maintain accurate recruiting data across systems and provide analysis as needed
- Support candidate offers, contracts, and conversion activities with the wider team
- Plan, prepare, and attend recruiting events across channels
- Manage the general recruiting inbox with timely, professional responses
- Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements using AI and data insights
Key requirements
- Office-based experience in administration, coordination, or scheduling
- 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational and deadline-driven abilities
- Clear communication with candidates and colleagues
- Attention to detail and accurate information management
- Microsoft 365 experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn about recruiting; prior recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work around 50% of time in-office or on-site depending on needs
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Rapport-building with candidates and external agencies
- Calm under pressure and multi-tasking
- Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems
- Data tracking and reporting
