We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion for Product Marketing to join the BCG X marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager position based in London. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute leading-edge marketing plans for a portfolio of BCG X products to drive commercial traction across internal and external channels, including the templates and approach to develop both traditional and digital marketing content.
  • Marketing activities include branding, product marketing campaign management, collateral development, video production, management of external agencies, blogs and publications, marketing measurement, client references, events (BCG branded and BCG sponsored), and internal communications, liaising with the broader BCG marketing organization as needed.
  • Support strategic, transversal initiatives for the BCG X marketing team (for example, client reference program, marketing measurement) and work closely with the BCG Alliances marketing team to amplify the role and impact of BCG X products within the partnership ecosystem.
  • Support the rollout of BCG X product branding guidelines across all existing and new products ranging from naming, visual identity, and product UX/UI.
  • Work with the Global Marketing team to ensure that BCG X branding guidelines are followed across all product marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute tailored, product-specific marketing plans and strategies within BCG X's business context.
  • Craft client-centric product narratives to ensure continuity of messaging and presentation of product value and benefits based on target audiences.
  • Provide guidance to the product teams on their go-to-marketing strategy and identify channels and content for demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with product team to translate technical information into high-level, commercially relevant assets to drive brand awareness and promotion of their products across multiple external and internal channels.
  • Develop and create key marketing tools such as product videos, collateral, digital presence, proposal pitches, and virtual trainings; drive amplification strategy to increase reach and traction.
  • Ensure continuity of messaging and presentation of product capabilities across channels and campaigns based on target audiences.
  • Work across practice area, global, regional and alliance marketing to embed products in key BCG activations.
  • Work with internal resources and with BCG-contracted creative design agencies on creating standard frameworks and supporting execution of creative assets.
  • Support collection, analysis and actioning of voice of the customer feedback.
  • Report and share identified marketing KPIs which BCG X marketing and product teams can use to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing activities.
  • Share best practices across the team including specific video or collateral examples.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Balance strategy and execution/operations, with strong project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, including exceptional oral and written communication fluency in English.
  • Understanding technology and innovative solutions; actively seek out cutting-edge, dynamic tools, including AI tooling, to raise the impact of BCG X’s go-to-market approaches.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, collaborative and service-oriented environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Approximately 6-8 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in B2B technology space.
  • Previous product marketing or B2B marketing role at another consulting firm or leading technology company a plus.
  • Results-driven, operates well under pressure, and is fearless in setting and managing expectations.
  • Drives complex projects and topics with full autonomy.
  • Proven history of developing and executing successful external marketing communications strategies.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and align senior marketing leaders, BCG Partners, and Product leaders.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and teaming skills with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Comfortable and confident working in a virtual and distributed team.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

You will report to the Global Strategic Alliances and BCG X Product Marketing Senior Director. You will be working as part of the BCG X Global Marketing teams led by the Global Alliances Marketing & BCG X Marketing Executive Director and championed by BCG’s Chief Marketing Officer.
