Overview
In this role, you will apply deep talent insight to guide recruiting and staffing decisions for AI-focused work. You’ll partner with the AI Factory team, Talent Management, and other staffing groups to align deployments with project needs and employee development. You will forecast resource requirements, optimize cross-region resourcing, and build strong candidate pipelines. The position emphasizes strategic staffing, data-driven decisions, and balancing business priorities with individual development. This is a chance to shape AI-enabled transformation through effective talent management at a global consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Optimize deployment of resources across AI Factory pools while aligning with career development goals
- Coordinate regional and practice-area staffing to balance speed, fit, cost, and sustainability
- Communicate project opportunities to staff and secure senior leadership alignment on staffing decisions
- Source and build pipelines for current and future roles, including active and passive candidates
- Support internal initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline
- Be the go-to staffing expert for AI Factory work and discuss development needs and opportunities
- Advise on staffing choices balancing business needs with individual preferences
- Own end-to-end staffing processes and collaborate with peers for optimal solutions
- Provide visibility into allocation and apply a diversity, fairness, and equity lens
- Maintain tools, reporting, and trackers; contribute to process improvements
Key requirements
- Typically 4–6 years of experience in staffing, talent management, workforce planning, or recruiting
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of staffing processes, matrix ways of working, and prior BCG experience preferred
- Experience coordinating staffing across regions or portfolios
- Interest in AI, digital, and technology-enabled transformation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; proficiency with AI tools in daily work
