You’ll guide cross-functional teams to modernise products, scale SaaS and AI-enabled capabilities, and steer transformation roadmaps. Your work strengthens engineering effectiveness and aligns architecture with strategic goals. This role offers impact across global client projects and a chance to influence digital transformation at scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Diagnose product and technology landscapes to identify critical architectural decisions /li li Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes /li li Lead end-to-end architecture modules and guide multidisciplinary teams /li li Influence senior stakeholders across business, product, and engineering /li li Contribute intellectual leadership in areas of distinctive technology expertise /li li Advise on architecture governance, due diligence, and assurance of complex programmes /li li Improve engineering effectiveness via platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, and automation /li li Translate architecture recommendations into pragmatic roadmaps and investment cases /li li Build networks across architecture, product, engineering, data and AI communities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology consulting /li li Significant TMT experience with deep expertise in at least one Product Tech domain /li li Strategic, hypothesis-driven problem-solving with technical depth /li li Proven design and evolution of modern product, platform, and software architectures /li li Understanding of AI-enabled and agentic architectures and data foundations /li li Ability to communicate high-impact decisions across multiple domains /li li Strong executive communication and storytelling skills /li li Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders /li li Commercial awareness and specialized expertise in a technology area /li li University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees advantageous /li /ul ul li Executive communication /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Strategic thinking /li li SaaS, cloud-native, API-led, modular, distributed and event-driven architectures /li li Legacy modernization and replatforming /li li AI-enabled and agentic architectures /li /ul
