b Overview /b p In this role you will shape and deliver enhancements to the MDP equity and compensation platforms within PSG, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet internal client needs. You will translate business requirements into tech criteria, guide stakeholders through trade-offs, and ensure high-quality releases. Youβll blend analytics, AI-enabled productivity, and agile practices to modernize systems and support global MDPs. This is a hands-on, collaborative position with a clear impact on managing director and partner programs. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own requirements discovery, backlog refinement, and feature documentation for MDP equity and compensation systems /li li Collaborate with Product Owner and development teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities /li li Lead stakeholder meetings, gather user needs, and translate into clear acceptance criteria for development /li li Maintain up-to-date documentation of user stories, workflows, and product changes /li li Support user acceptance testing and coordinate end-user feedback for feature validation /li li Triage escalated issues and work with engineering to implement fixes /li li Provide data-driven insights through Excel/SQL to prioritize backlog and guide decisions /li li Represent the voice of customers to ensure user needs are understood by the squad /li li Assist with test planning, UAT, and continuous release of improvements /li li Adapt to team and project dynamics; act as self-starter and proactive contributor /li li Collaborate with a multicultural, distributed agile team to align goals and timelines /li li Utilize AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and data analysis /li li Support modernization of the application toward cloud-based solutions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 6β7 years of experience in business analysis or product management in an Agile environment /li li Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel and SQL experience /li li Experience leading stakeholder meetings and workshops; partnering with developers and QA /li li Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, technology, finance, or information systems /li li Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Software; comfortable in a matrixed professional services environment /li li Excellent verbal and written communication; able to facilitate discussions and document requirements /li li Experience with geographically distributed teams /li li Interest in technologies supporting evaluation, finance, and HR processes /li li Proactive, organized, and capable of self-direction /li li Knowledge of data relationships across tables and data analysis for decision support /li /ul ul li team player /li li excellent communicator /li li proactive and curious /li li Excel /li li SQL /li li Jira Software /li /ul
