b Overview /b p In this role, you own the vision and roadmap for BCG’s Employee Experience Platform, starting with Tech@BCG’s front door and scaling for firm-wide reuse. You translate stakeholder input into a multi-year strategy and measurable OKRs, guiding governance and prioritization across a cross-functional delivery network. You design a headless, multi-channel platform with strong data governance, enabling seamless employee journeys from laptop provisioning to self-service and AI-powered services. You’ll partner with senior leaders to demonstrate value, drive adoption, and extend the platform beyond Tech@BCG into HR and enterprise services. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and own the platform vision and multi-year roadmap /li li Translate stakeholder input into a prioritized backlog and OKRs /li li Chair governance forums and resolve complex product decisions /li li Design a headless platform for multi-channel delivery and AI-ready data governance /li li Build and lead a network of product owners and managers /li li Partner with HR, Enterprise Services, and other functions to scale the platform /li li Ensure secure, governed AI-enabled capabilities aligned with Responsible AI and data privacy /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years of product management experience /li li Experience owning enterprise service delivery platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday) /li li Track record in build-versus-buy and vendor evaluations /li li Proven ability to work with C-suite stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CHRO) and drive adoption /li li Proficiency in headless platform strategy and multi-channel delivery /li li Strong data governance understanding for AI surface delivery /li li Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline /li li Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) a plus /li /ul ul li Executive stakeholder management /li li Strategic thinking and vision articulation /li li Influence and leadership across a large delivery team /li li Headless architecture /li li Multi-channel content and service delivery /li li Data governance for AI surfaces /li /ul
