This is an opportunity to drive scalable change that aligns with a mission of transformative client impact. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li dynamic and collaborative environment /li li mentorship and professional development /li li in-person collaboration with clients /li li equal opportunity employer /li li global, diverse teams /li li flexible staffing and career development opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact transformation projects from scoping to deployment and stabilization /li li Lead AI and tech-enabled change, shaping approach and ensuring adoption /li li Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies with rigor and communicate to senior stakeholders /li li Build cross-functional teams (OI, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) and lead them to measurable outcomes /li li Partner with functions and business leaders to define and prioritize the change agenda and translate it into a roadmap /li li Track progress, surface risks early, adapt plans while maintaining momentum /li li Define success metrics and hold teams accountable for delivering value /li li Embed AI and digital tools into team workflows and share learnings across the firm /li li Grow and develop the OI team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and high performance /li li Staffing, career development, recruiting, training, and affiliation within the OI leadership team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations /li li Deep capability in change management and project management from strategy to implementation /li li Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams /li li Global or international experience and comfort leading across time zones and cultures /li li Genuine interest in AI tools and their potential /li li Advanced degree or PM credentials a plus (preferred) /li li Professional services background with BC or equivalent is a plus /li /ul ul li executive presence /li li clear communication of complex topics /li li influencing without authority /li li AI tools familiarity /li li change management /li li project/program management /li /ul
