b Overview /b p In this role you lead global talent acquisition strategy and transformation for BCG X, shaping how we attract, engage and hire across regions. You drive cross-functional, large-scale recruitment programmes and build scalable, data-driven recruitment experiences. You’ll partner with senior leadership to define opportunity, secure alignment, implement changes and measure impact. This is a chance to influence global TA practices, elevate candidate experience, and contribute to transformational growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead global recruitment transformation initiatives from problem framing to implementation and impact measurement. /li li Prioritize a portfolio of strategic TA priorities (branding, sourcing, capability building, standardisation of assessments). /li li Develop business cases and executive-ready narratives for senior recruitment leaders. /li li Mobilise cross-functional teams across recruitment, marketing, technology and the broader People function. /li li Coach junior team members and drive large-scale positive change through data insights. /li li Capture learning from initiatives and continuously improve global recruitment capabilities and processes. /li li Use recruitment analytics to identify opportunities, influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new TA practices. /li li Enhance dashboards and insights by leveraging ATS, CRM and HRIS data in the data lake and Tableau environment. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or project management with recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in tech. /li li Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes from definition through measurement. /li li Strong problem-solving, analytical capability and ability to translate evidence into practical recommendations. /li li Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive-level storytelling. /li li Experience leading through influence and mobilising diverse global teams without formal authority. /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li data-driven storytelling /li li ambiguous problem solving /li li recruitment analytics /li li Tableau /li li data lake /li /ul
