What You\\\'ll Do
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role on BCG’s FPA Operations team, which drives cross-PA initiatives including BCG’s flagship EDGE expo, a unique thought leadership forum and technology showcase. The Senior Manager drives collaboration across BCG’s Offer Manager community, ensuring alignment on product management excellence and business priorities.
For the EDGE Expo, you will partner with global stakeholders to deliver impact at the highest levels of client engagement, guiding Offer Managers through content development and logistics. As a core member of the EDGE organizing team, you will support the design, coordination, and execution of Expo initiatives, ensuring they resonate with senior leaders and clients while highlighting BCG’s most cutting-edge insights.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of the EDGE Expo, managing timelines, logistics, and content coordination across global stakeholders.
- Oversee program excellence, ensuring EDGE content aligns with client priorities and address the most pressing questions facing senior business leaders.
- Drive development and collaboration within the Offer Manager community, facilitating onboarding, organizing enablement sessions, and building engagement across practice areas (calls, meetings, learning sessions).

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 6-8+ years of professional experience.
- Strong project and stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with global, virtual collaboration across time zones.
- Proven experience organizing large-scale events or conferences preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Who You\\\'ll Work With
You will work closely with the FPA Management Senior Director and the EDGE team lead, as well as colleagues across BCG’s global Practice Areas. For EDGE, you will also collaborate with various other BCG teams, including Alliances, Meetings & Events, Marketing, senior leaders, and client-facing teams, as well as external vendors.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The hourly rate for this role is $59,61-$74,99; placement will vary based on experience, skill set, and location.
