BHI is BCG’s internal think tank, focused on developing rigorous, forward-looking research and thought leadership. In this role, you will lead BHI’s external partnerships and visibility strategy, managing key external relationships and overseeing the Seat at the Table (SATT) and partnerships portfolio. • Formulate and implement our global partnership strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities for BHI experts to publish, speak, and engage on global platforms (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Davos, Fortune).
  • Collaborate with BHI content teams to align messaging with BCG’s broader priorities and capabilities.
  • Serve as a connector between BHI experts and relevant stakeholders—both internally and externally—to identify and promote impactful content.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in content delivery, amplification, and audience engagement, including KPI setup and measurement.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote BHI’s research and thought leadership across digital, social, and event channels.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and comfort engaging with complex content, with the ability to distill and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences.
