As part of the L‑A‑B L&D Team you will be responsible for the seamless organization of our training offer for Associates, Senior Associates and Consultants (A‑Cs). Ensuring that our people have the best possible skills is business critical and our ambition is to provide high quality learning content for all our staff. You will be responsible for the training curriculum for our Consulting staff across the three offices. Note the below elements of the role are representative and day‑to‑day work may change according to business requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage the mandatory training curriculum (in‑person / virtual) for our Associates and Consultants across London, Amsterdam and Brussels
- Build relationships with internal and external facilitators
- Be the main contact person for our A‑Cs and respond to ad‑hoc queries
- Work together with senior consulting staff to monitor and improve the quality of our training offer
- Work closely together with the regional L&D team and ensure our training offer remains complementary
- Partner with the Career Development team and keep track of learning needs
- Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (e.g. creating classes, registering participants, after‑class management, feedback reporting, room booking)
- Offer onsite support and produce virtual training sessions
- Problem solving
