What You\’ll Do
This role is part of BCG’s central Global Reward Centre of Expertise. The focus of this 18-month project role is to lead BCG’s readiness for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency regulations. You will coordinate a cross-functional program to interpret regulatory requirements, design BCG’s response, and oversee readiness across HR, recruiting, staff transparency, and reporting obligations.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead the Pay Transparency project, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Recruiting, and other functions to assess impact and implement required changes.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead communication efforts including creation of trainings, talking points, templates for local HR teams to leverage
- Coordinate reporting frameworks and readiness across regions.
- Ensure that BCG staff and leadership are informed and prepared for implementation.
- Lead and coordinate efforts to identify data required for pay reporting, including identification of data, sources, considerations (working with our tech teams and tool vendor)
- Plan approach to remediation and work with global comp team and local HR teams to operationalize as needed.

What You\’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate or consulting compensation, with exposure to leadership roles.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience in regulatory, HR, or compliance-related fields as well as knowledge of EU Pay Transparency regulations preferred.
- A global mindset with experience working across diverse geographies.
- Familiarity with professional services business models is a plus.
- A proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership effectively.
