What You'll Do
Our Digital Product Organization is a collection of portfolios that drive value via technology across our BCG business. As the Product Owner Director of Case Team Productivity improving the working experience of the case team by addressing their major pain points and finding opportunities for optimization. The portfolio is prioritizing the use of Generative AI tools to enhance BCG's productivity. You will drive a digital-first, AI-powered agenda that enables seamless, effective teamwork, across BCG’s global workforce.
The Product Owner must be a leader who is customer-centric and enjoys working with teams to design and deliver exceptional products to customers. Your squad will be responsible for:
- Managing a suite of GenAI productivity tools
- Continuous rapid POCs to identify and deploy high value Case Team productivity tools
Among your responsibilities, you will:
- Lead a high-impact and fast paced squad managing tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, ClaudeAI, and internally built tools supporting our GenAI agenda.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on solutions to drive case team productivity and GenAI productivity.
- Define and execute a product roadmap, ensuring your tools align with business priorities
- Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging user insights and analytics to optimize platform adoption and engagement
- Ensure Agile execution and adoption, enabling continuous innovation through iterative enhancements and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensuring BCG employees maximize the benefits of modern collaboration toolswith strong change and communications strategies.
- Obsess over the employee experience, ensuing that every digital collaboration and productivity tool is intuitive, frictionless and adds measurable value to users
- Deliver business results and customer value, delivering on specific and measurable KPIs to be defined for your Squad
- Serve as the voice of customer or end-user, translating the voice and needs of customer into user stories, engaging users as needed
- Oversee what is delivered by the Squad and when, prioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicating what needs to be done and by when
- Support and enabling the Squad to get its work done, regularly engaging with the Squad to offer feedback on work-in-progress and clarify requirements
- Set an overall vision to direct and inform the Squad’s work, working closely with the Product Portfolio Lead to understand and drive alignment on the Product Portfolio’s business strategy, goals, and objectives
- Enable the organization’s new way of working, modelling behaviours to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working

What You'll Bring
- 10-12+ years’ relevant experience as Product Owner, including preferably also experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach/ Mentor in 1 or more organizations
- Relevant experience in various Case Team Productivity products including meeting, messaging, content collaboration and productivity products
- Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner)
- Understanding of agile principles and ways of working
- Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
- Divergent thinker who can converge ideas into tangible products
- Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consulting is a plus
Who You'll Work With
- Every member of your squad, for which you will be its servant leader
- Internal customers, translating their voice and needs into user stories and engaging users as needed
- Product Portfolio Leaders, who will set the vision, roadmap, budget, and priorities & OKRs for the Product Portfolios and subsequently, for the squads
- Scrum Masters, which will act as your right hand to remove impediments and will assess you in dealing with the different artifacts and ceremonies
- Other Product Owners within BCG, to share best practices and ensure alignment between squads and a culture
- Agile Coaches, with whom you will share passion about Agile ways of working and with whom you will shape promote business agility (within your teams and in the whole company)
