What You'll Do
As Org Design & Operating Model Offer Senior Manager in BCG’s People and Organization Practice Area (POP PA), you will be sought as a thought partner who supports leadership to set and execute the strategic agenda for the Org Design & Op Model (OD&OM) business - one of BCG’s largest topics - as well as advance the strategic priorities of the topic, working closely with the leadership of POP and OD&OM, the expert consulting team, Vantage, and Practice Management & Operations team.
- Topic Strategy: Alongside topic leadership, jointly drive the strategy, vision and planning around the Org Design & Op Model offerings, articulating the needs / pain points from our clients, how they are evolving, how our offerings respond to these needs, understand the market evolution, competitors offers and how we differentiate from them.
- Team leadership: Help team to orchestrate meetings; define agendas, prepare and facilitate the regular meetings / calls associated to it. Ensure insights and next steps from meetings are disseminated to appropriate audience to action, following up to ensure closed loops as much as possible.
- Commercial Planning & Go‑To‑Market: Drive the commercial plan, including definition and implementation of commercial activities to develop the Org Design & Op Model business (e.g., IP development, sector mobilization). Drive Offer and GTM customization efforts with Sector teams. Support investments campaigns and requests (e.g. Big bets, lighthouse) and manage budget of the offer/topic.
- Offer Development and Backlog Management: In collaboration with experts and Vantage, manage Offer development initiatives. Own and manage the backlog based on identified needs to support the development and evolution of the offer. Participate in IP development in collaboration with experts and Vantage and contribute to the dissemination of the topic content, ensure consistency between different content initiatives and ‘connecting the dots’ across various threads.
- Tooling: Where needed, act as product manager of tools enabling the offer in collaboration with BCG X, and other PAs. (may vary depending on tool maturity and needs). Ensure (Gen)AI capabilities are embedded within the offer.
- Marketing and Communication: Together with the leadership team and marketing teams, develop offer narrative, as well as communication plan and contribute to its execution. Develop and maintain strong client references, including the collection of client stories and creating client videos. Contribute to analyst assessment reviews & flagship reports. Define SATT events plan and contribute to its execution in collaboration with PA marketing team.
- People: Work with regional teams to execute the people plan, including providing support to regional leads on affiliation, recruiting, optimal deployment/staffing of CT & ECT talent. Lead capabilities building plans. Support training, upskilling and enablement of our teams. Manage existing Offer communities (Interest group, Cadre) prepare the associated calls and maintain the lists updated.
- Business insight & performance tracking: Go-to lead to understand and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases) and lead associated analysis, leadership reporting, etc., reaching out to relevant Managing Directors & Partners as necessary.
- Events: Go-to lead to identify, select and prepare all offer‑related content for internal events (WWOM, EDGE, WW meetings). Prepare all logistics related to the offer sessions and meetings at internal events.
- Cross‑functional engagement: Coordinate across other BCG Practice areas (e.g., Technology & Digital Advantage, BCG X, Industrial Practice Areas) and provide ad hoc support for priority cross-PA initiatives (e.g., Accelerated Cost Advantage).

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of consulting experience (PL level) or 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- University Advanced degree and demonstrated high academic achievement, strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure and experience in Org Design & Op. Model or an ability / interest to come up to speed quickly on this content.
- Strong interest in OD/OM and related topics (e.g. AI‑first org & op model, Excellence in Support Functions, Cost).
- Ability to manage and drive area of accountabilities, contributing to higher level agenda setting.
- Ability to lead complex sub‑functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to others.
- Ability to resolve complex issues and non‑defined problems autonomously, with full business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence and senior stakeholder management.
- Tenacity.
- Knowledge of (Gen)AI fundamentals, or strong interest in developing it.
