As a Global Marketing Manager within BCG’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Area (PA), you will play a central role in bringing our marketing strategy to life by driving high-impact initiatives across both internal and external channels. Working in close partnership with the TMT Marketing team, PA leadership, the PA Management & Operations (M&O) team, and global/local Marketing & Communications (M&C) teams, you will help elevate BCG’s brand in one of its most dynamic and innovative practice areas.
In this role, you will:
- Shape our content development and amplification – partnering with authors and subject matter experts to shape impactful narratives, define storylines, and optimize formats across BCG.com, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Lead marketing efforts for the Telecommunications sector, collaborating with a dynamic group of senior Managing Director and Partners (MDPs) to shape and execute campaigns that reflect the energy and innovation of the space
- Support the planning and execution of global flagship events (such as Mobile World Congress), executive stakeholder engagements, and strategic marketing partnerships
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the TMT Marketing and Sector leadership—bringing fresh ideas, proactive recommendations, and deep marketing expertise to evolve and enhance the overall TMT marketing agenda
- Coordinate internal communications and marketing visibility, helping ensure alignment across key priorities and teams while shaping how our insights and impact are shared internally
- Support the tracking and reporting of marketing performance, with a strong interest in using analytics and insights to help refine campaign strategy, inform decision-making, and highlight business impact

You’re good at:
- Developing and delivering high-impact marketing and communication initiatives that help client teams build stronger relationships and drive engagement
- Leading global flagship events and executive-level stakeholder engagements
- Managing internal communication activities and platforms, including content calendars, newsletters, and leadership updates
- Managing social media efforts, particularly LinkedIn, for PA leadership to strengthen thought leadership positioning and audience engagement
- Summarizing PA marketing activities, KPIs, and impact for reporting to leadership and wider practice stakeholders
- Collaborating on content development and shaping media amplification strategies
- Synthesising marketing activity and performance into clear insights for leadership
- Tracking campaign KPIs and using analytics to inform future decisions and improve marketing ROI
What You’ll Bring:
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, professional services, or the TMT sector
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of marketing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Experience working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Sprinklr
- Must have excellent written and oral English skills
- Strong analytical capability, with a solid understanding of KPIs, analytics tools, and reporting
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior/executive audiences, in a collaborative setting
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization and collaborating across geographically dispersed teams
- Commitment to execution and attention to detail
