What You'll Do
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of Boston Consulting Group’s brand strategy. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative intuition and incredible communication skills to drive brand performance, market share, and long-term equity. This role will be critical in shaping brand perception across complex buyer journeys, building trust with business audiences and aligning brand positioning with commercial goals. You’ll work cross functionally to ensure our brand drives awareness, preference and business growth in highly competitive markets and with the most senior business decision makers.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Brand strategy & positioning: Champion and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, both internal and external.
- Cross functional collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and activation. Act as a brand steward within the organisation, educating teams and driving adoption of brand guidelines.
- Thought leadership & content influence: Support the development of compelling brand narratives, case studies and executive level messaging
- Campaign Management: You will lead the development of 360 omnichannel campaigns (digital, social, ABM, PR, events, out of home etc) in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Data driven decision making and optimisation: Working with data and brand measurement tools to evaluate impact, improve efficiencies and inform brand decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Technical & Functional Expertise: 8+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within B2B, SaaS, enterprise services, professional services or technology sectors.
- Strategic Thinking & Insight Generation: Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, buyer personas and enterprise decision making.
- Teaming & Collaboration: Working effectively across diverse teams and geographies to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.
- Agility & Change Management: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
