What You\’ll Do
Design learning experiences that support BCG’s global Risk and Compliance strategy. In this role, you will create engaging and accurate compliance learning for all BCG employees worldwide, including onboarding, refreshers, and mandatory training modules. This includes eLearning, live and virtual live sessions that are memorable, behaviourally impactful, and aligned with BCG’s standards. You will collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and training teams to ensure our learning interventions not only inform but shift behaviours to drive a culture of integrity and accountability. Your work will influence how our people understand and embody compliance values across geographies and roles.

Learning design
- Designing effective, engaging, and behaviour-changing learning experiences
- Distilling complex regulatory and policy requirements into accessible, learner-friendly formats by using storytelling, real-world scenarios, and behaviourally driven design approaches that help learners internalize expectations and confidently apply them in their day-to-day roles
- Creating compelling, multi-modal learning (e.g., live classroom, virtual live, on-demand, interactive eLearning, microlearning, workflow-based learning)
- Conducting learner and stakeholder analysis to understand needs, knowledge gaps, and risks, to develop learner-centric solutions
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of compliance content in collaboration with SMEs and Legal/Risk teams
- Partnering with vendors to drive outcomes and ensure solutions meet learner needs
Stakeholder management
- Working successfully within a complex, matrix-structured organization is essential; experience doing so virtually is strongly preferred
- Convincing and driving alignment between stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with your confident and competent demeanour
- Balancing multiple perspectives while advocating for learner-centric, high-quality solutions
- Performing successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
Project management
- Scoping, designing, and developing effective training solutions in partnership with stakeholders and according to BCG\\\’s goals
- Managing multiple compliance learning projects simultaneously from scoping through delivery
- Building and executing detailed project plans, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely rollout
What You\\\’ll Bring
- Bachelor\\\’s or master\\\’s degree, ideally in education or digital technology
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experience
- Experience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experience
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles, with experience creating compliance or regulated content
- Proven track record in designing training that drives behaviour change in a global organization
- Experience collaborating with legal, risk, or regulatory functions is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate policies into impactful narratives
- Understanding of eLearning tools and authoring software (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with remote international teams
- Excellent English language oral and written communication skills required
