What You’ll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as EMESA Recruiting Manager located in London. As Recruiting Manager in the BCG X EMESA Recruiting Team, you will own talent acquisition activities for various capabilities within BCG X LAB. This full‑life cycle recruiting role will support a diverse range of mid‑senior level positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding in LAB and across Europe. Working in close partnership with the local and regional teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the region.
