The 2025 Mentorship Programme is now open for applications. Students graduating in 2025 or before September 2026 from an undergraduate or master’s degree in the UK or Ireland are eligible to apply. This scheme is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a prior interest in consulting. Selected students will be matched with a BCG consultant for 1-1 mentorship over the summer, helping you prepare for applications in September. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive CV advice, case practice, and other tips to strengthen your interview skills. This is a great chance to get to know us and gain valuable preparation for the upcoming interview season. Please apply with your CV by 15th June.
