What You'll Do As an Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's Payments and FinTech Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry or functional expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory. Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team. Payments and FinTech is one of the fastest growing practice at BCG. We work with all players across the value chain - from Merchants to Issuers - across a broad array of topics. In this role, you will get exposed to entire waterfront of our work in the practice and get to work with a caring and growth oriented team. You will work on data models and will be part of the global team. You will get a chance to work on international topics / markets.

What You'll Bring Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities 1-2+ year of relevant work experience in Payment’s preferred, specifically in data analytics, product roles Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in Payments Fluency in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills. You're good at:

  • Applying payments topic expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
  • Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
  • Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
