Property Consultant Role | Relocate from Manchester to Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time | Commission-Based

Relocation: Visa sponsorship and support provided

At The Boros Collection, we're a boutique luxury real estate agency in Dubai, working with high-net-worth individuals, international investors and buyers looking to secure some of the city's most desirable properties.

We're looking to connect with ambitious property professionals from Manchester and across the UK who are ready to take their sales careers to the next level.

If you've built experience in a UK estate agency, property sales, lettings, new homes or another results-driven sales environment, this could be your opportunity to bring those skills to Dubai.

We're not a large corporate agency where you're just another number. We're building a close-knit, ambitious team where performance is recognised, relationships matter and there's genuine opportunity to grow.

Why Make the Move from Manchester to Dubai?

Dubai offers a dynamic international property market, access to a global investor audience and the opportunity to build a career in a different league.

At The Boros Collection, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Earn 55%–75% commission on each deal, with uncapped earning potential.
  • Work with international investors and high-net-worth clients.
  • Build your own client portfolio and personal brand.
  • Benefit from in-house marketing and lead-generation support.
  • Develop your expertise in Dubai's luxury residential and investment property market.
  • Work within a boutique agency where ambition, performance and individual contribution matter.
  • Experience Dubai's international business environment and lifestyle while developing your career.

This is a commission-based opportunity, not a salaried position. You'll need the drive, discipline and financial preparation to succeed in a performance-led environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Representing premium residential developments and investment opportunities across Dubai.
  • Building relationships with clients in Dubai, international buyers, investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Understanding clients' investment objectives and matching them with suitable properties.
  • Generating business, developing your client network and converting opportunities into completed transactions.
  • Conducting property viewings, presenting investment opportunities and negotiating deals.
  • Keeping up with new launches, market movements and emerging investment locations.
  • Working alongside an ambitious team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in people who already understand the pace and demands of property sales.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least one year of experience in real estate, estate agency, lettings, property investment or a proven sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A competitive mindset and a genuine drive to earn based on performance.
  • The confidence to work with clients, build a network and manage your own pipeline.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A genuine interest in international property and the Dubai market.

Experience in the UK property market is an advantage, but we're equally interested in the right attitude, commercial awareness and proven sales ability.

What We Offer

Earning Potential

  • 55%–75% commission split on each deal.
  • Uncapped commission potential.
  • Weekly and monthly performance incentives.
  • Cash prizes and rewards for top performers.

Marketing & Development

  • In-house marketing and lead-generation support.
  • Personal branding and social media support.
  • Professional sales training and ongoing coaching.
  • Company laptop provided.

Relocation & Lifestyle

  • Medical insurance.
  • RERA licensing costs covered by the company.
  • Luxury travel and international trips.
  • Fine dining, VIP experiences and exclusive team events.

Why The Boros Collection?

We believe the best agents thrive when they're given the right environment, support and opportunity to perform. Our boutique approach means we're focused on building a strong team of professionals who take ownership of their careers, value relationships and want to be part of something with room to grow.

If you're an ambitious Manchester-based agent who feels ready for a bigger opportunity, Dubai could be your next career step.
