Overview

The Borgen Project is an international organisation that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty. The organisation seeks to address global poverty by encouraging leaders of powerful nations to make it a focus of foreign policy. The Writer/Journalist Programme focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog. This is a part-time, unpaid remote programme of 12 hours per week for 12 weeks. If availability is limited, you can complete the programme in fewer weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Article writing.
  • Researching topics.
  • Assisting with The Borgen Project\\\’s advocacy efforts.
  • Assisting with fundraising. Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.

Qualifications

Experience No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.

Details

This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
