This post is for a part-time General Practitioner to cover 4 sessions per week, plus a share of the extended access work. Our local out of hours provider is commissioned to do approximately 50% of these hours for us.
An ideal candidate would be forward-thinking, a team player and motivated. To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the PMS contract.
Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

QualificationsThe candidate must be a fully qualified GP and maintain this qualification throughout the time working with us. Experience in primary care but we would also fully support any specialisms the GP may bring to the practice.
