As the Store Manager of one of our flagship stores, you will be responsible for leading your store and providing an exemplary customer experience to every patient and customer. With a wide range of products and services offered, you will work alongside a diverse team with varying clinical expertise and knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Empowering your team to nurture customer relationships and deliver sales through service.
- Inspiring your team daily to achieve exceptional results.
- Creating a thriving store environment.
- Working alongside your team to assist customers, find suitable products and services, and offer tailored solutions such as frame styling, clinical pre-testing, and dispensing.
- Using your local community knowledge to develop external relationships, shaping your store's strategy to optimize patient care and profitability.
- Collaborating with the regional team and Support Office to influence and drive business performance, reporting to the Regional Manager.
- Developing your clinical knowledge through our industry-leading ‘Step into Optics’ training program and practical in-store experience.
What you’ll need to have:
- Essential: Experience leading a large team within a retail setting.
- It would be great if you also have experience working within a clinical or optical environment.
- Experience leading a customer-facing team.
