The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in the role. Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a great opportunity whether it's your first job and you're looking to gain some valuable experience, or you have retail experience and are looking for a new challenge. About the role:
- You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager.
- Your responsibilities include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop.
- Help our customers and put them at ease: listening, answering questions, giving great advice on our products, recommending items and simply offering a basket - the little things that make a difference.
- Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them - the more information we can give our customers the better.
- Help our stores run smoothly - ensuring the right products are displayed on the shop floor, providing excellent service on our tills, and helping with stock in the stock rooms.
- Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean, presentable and something everyone can be proud of.
- Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

- It would be great if you also have experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service, although this is not essential.
