We're looking for a Pharmacist Store Manager to join our store in West Ealing. It's a small Health & Beauty store with lots of potential for growth.

Working Hours

  • Week 1: Mon-Fri 9-6
  • Week 2: Mon-Tues, Thurs, Sat 9-6

About the Role

As a Pharmacist Store Manager, you’ll combine excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales and performance of your store, keeping customers at the heart of everything.
  • Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
  • Making legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  • Building the capability of store teams.
  • Conducting audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure safety.
  • Providing a range of professional pharmacy services.

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates will have a professional, caring character and a desire to improve. You will also need:

  • Coaching and team development skills.
  • Experience leading and implementing company strategy to drive performance.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • High professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, and patients.
  • Excellent communication skills to meet diverse customer and patient needs.
