We're looking for a Pharmacist Store Manager to join our store in West Ealing. It's a small Health & Beauty store with lots of potential for growth.
Working Hours
- Week 1: Mon-Fri 9-6
- Week 2: Mon-Tues, Thurs, Sat 9-6
About the Role
As a Pharmacist Store Manager, you’ll combine excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales and performance of your store, keeping customers at the heart of everything.
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
- Making legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
- Building the capability of store teams.
- Conducting audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure safety.
- Providing a range of professional pharmacy services.
Candidate Requirements
Successful candidates will have a professional, caring character and a desire to improve. You will also need:
- Coaching and team development skills.
- Experience leading and implementing company strategy to drive performance.
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- High professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, and patients.
- Excellent communication skills to meet diverse customer and patient needs.
