This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Business Acceleration Lead, working alongside the Store Leader to drive commercial success, exceptional customer service and strong colleague performance across the store.

You'll be a highly visible presence on the shop floor, spending most of your time supporting colleagues across

Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness and Pharmacy .

Leading by example, you'll inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer and patient care while helping to maximise commercial opportunities.

Using your commercial insight, coaching expertise and passion for service excellence, you'll identify growth opportunities, develop team capability and foster a culture where colleagues feel empowered to perform at their best.

Job Description

As a Business Acceleration Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing store performance through effective coaching, customer-focused leadership and a strong commercial mindset.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll support and develop our beauty crew, health and wellness specialists, and pharmacy teams, ensuring they have the confidence, capability and motivation to deliver exceptional experiences and achieve business objectives.

You'll maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, using performance insights to celebrate success, identify development opportunities and provide timely coaching that drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

You’ll lead and develop our beauty crew, health and wellness specialists, and pharmacy teams, helping them deliver exceptional service and achieve strong commercial results.

By remaining visible and approachable on the shop floor, you'll provide in-the-moment coaching, recognise successes and support colleagues in overcoming challenges.

Using sales and performance data, you'll identify trends, drive targeted action plans and help deliver store objectives.

You’ll also foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, sharing best practice and collaborating to support wider business success.

  • What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Experience of leading Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness or Pharmacy teams.
  • Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing teams to deliver strong customer service and commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with sales data, KPIs and targets of the team.
  • A visible, proactive and positive leadership style, with the confidence to lead from the front.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
  • The ability to provide effective feedback and confidently manage challenging performance conversations.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work effectively at pace.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to inclusion, diversity and creating a positive environment for colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

  • Proven success in improving sales performance through customer service and colleague capability.

  • Experience of working with field teams, project teams or other key business stakeholders.
