Optometrists – we are very excited to be recruiting for our fantastic practice at Boots Opticians in Canterbury.
We are looking for a minimum 2 years qualified optometrist with MECs accreditation to join an amazing team on a part time basis.
We currently have 3 testing rooms in this practice with hearing care, benefitting from brilliant equipment including a Phoropter and OCT to us in our journey to provide the best services to our customer and patients.
You will join our brilliant team of 20 which includes 2 Resident optometrist and 2 x DO\’s.
About the role
As an Optometrist with us you\’ll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
- Using your passion for delivering patient care you\’ll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
- Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.
What you’ll need to have
- Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
- Passion for patient care.
