Boots Opticians is seeking a Team Leader in-store, reporting to the Hub Manager, acting as duty manager and leading the store team to provide an exemplary customer experience. You will work across the whole store, involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities including pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
This role offers opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills through Boots' Step Into Optics training and other programmes, with flexible working.
