Boots is seeking an HR Transformation Workstream Lead to drive the Talent module from design through testing, deployment and hypercare, reporting to the Programme Lead. You will coordinate Business Architects and Process Specialists to deliver high-quality, future-focused HR processes.
You will collaborate with IT, Change, Reporting and Data Migration teams to ensure seamless integration within the HRIS programme, while guiding teams through change and embedding new ways of working across Boots.
